1 pound butter
1 cup confectioners sugar
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine butter and sugar in a large bowl and beat for several minutes until creamed. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread out in an ungreased jelly roll pan. Prick with a fork . Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.
