Baked Oatmeal

1 ½ cups milk
2 eggs
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup raisins
¼ cup oil
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, whisk milk and eggs. Stir in brown sugar and oil. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a well greased 1 ½ quart baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Take from refrigerator in the morning and let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot with milk.
